Q-BAGs (form-stable and bulge less containers)
Q-BAGs are more stable and bulge less than conventional bags. With Q-BAGs an internal supporting baffle is sewn across the corners and helps maintain a cubic shape. Heat-cut or ultrasonic-cut holes in the baffles ensure the flow of material into the corners during filling and discharging. Q-BAGs can also help to reduce transport and storage costs by up to 30% through better space utilization.
Due to an internal supporting baffle Q-BAG stays really square or rectangular throughout the full height.
